Questions about Image Compressor
Are my images uploaded?
The compression workflow runs in the browser. The file is not intentionally sent to a QuickoraTools server by this tool.
Why can PNG output become JPG?
Photographic PNG files are often much larger. The compressor uses JPEG output for efficient quality control.
What quality should I use?
There is no universal setting. Start around 70–80% for photographs and inspect important details at the final display size.
